Dualist
This class idea is fairly straightforward. Throughout history, both real and in fantasy books, there have always been duals, and often times schools for dualing. This class would obviously utilize the rapier in one hand, and the main gauch (please forgive any spelling errors) in the off hand. The class would have the lowest armor available, and yet be the most defensively oriented, with most of its "attacks" being in the form of riposte, or lunges. This class's primary would have to be some thing like Defense, where for each rank it gives u X% chance of blocking attacks, and has skills the relate to block, dodge, and such.
This is just a thought...

Inherent constant ability to block is terrible, even if its only maxed out at 5%
Nono for primary. I like the basic idea of things though.
Also, with 60 armor it would get raped by spells even though it can deal with physical attacks it seems. Unless you mean something like spell blocking skills to....which is kind of hard to implement without OPing skills and stuff so....too complicated atm.

I started to set out the reasons why the dualist wouldn't exist because archery made shields essential, then remembered the Samurai.
Ability to create a duelist style character for gw2 is a good idea, as is dual wielding of weapons generally.
Also being left handed as well as right, and 1 and 2 handed versions of Swords axes and hammers.
ps
Can I have crossbows too please

I've been working on a CC that's similar to this for a while now, and I've finally posted it. I think my "Sword Master" is pretty much everyting you wanted to say here.
